If there are any requests for further amendments to of the constitution or the objectives, please send an email before the 17th of August to [email protected] .
We will also elect the office bearers and additional committee members. After that we will be right on the way to become an incorporated association by lodging an application for registration with the Department of Fair Trading.
At this first election of the official committee nomination forms are not required and nominations can come from the floor on the night. However it will speed up the process if people interested in nomination for a position could send an email. Especially if someone wants to apply for a position but cannot attend on the night, an application is required via email or in writing. It will increase your chances, if you describe yourself and the reasons why you apply for the positions.
